Mission: Maintain a Living memorial honoring Marines and other Veterans of the United States Armed Forces, including Regular and Reserve Components, the National Guard, the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Merchant Marine, and their reserves; to educate and perpetuate the achievements and the sacrifices of these Veterans, and to aid and assist these Veterans.

Vision: The Marines’ Memorial Association will be respected as an exemplary and unique Living Memorial distinguished by reverence for the sacrifice and achievement of past Marines and other Veterans, while making a positive impact on the lives of today’s and future men and women in the United States Armed Forces.

Principles: The Marines' Memorial Association will:

• Provide venues for Veterans and currently serving Marines and other United States Armed Services personnel as specified in the Association’s Mission Statement to celebrate and honor our heritage and ongoing commitment.
