Obtaining Proof of Service

As a 501(c)(19) Veterans Organization, the IRS requires that we maintain documentation of our membership as Currently Serving members of the U.S. Armed Forces or Honorably Discharged Veterans of the Military Services. In order to complete the application process, please mail or email a PDF of one of the following forms of documentation to the Marines' Memorial Association Membership Services Department ( Member@MarineClub.com ):

  • Photocopy of Official Verification of Honorable Service: DD214*

  • Retired I.D. Card

  • Currently serving applicants must provide a copy of current Active Duty Card
