Mission: Maintain a Living Memorial honoring Marines and other Veterans of the United States Armed Forces, including Regular and Reserve Components, the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Merchant Marine, and their reserves; to educate and perpetuate the achievements and the sacrifices of these Veterans, and to aid and assist these Veterans.

Vision: The Marines' Memorial Association will be respected as an exemplary and unique living memorial distinguished by reverence for the sacrifice and achievement of past Marines, while making a positive impact on the lives of those Marines who serve today and into the future.

Principles: The Marines' Memorial Association will:

  • Preserve and rededicate ourselves to the purpose for which the Association was originally formed

  • Provide venues for Marines and other military personnel to celebrate and honor our heritage and ongoing commitment

  • Operate as a forward looking organization that meets the interest and needs of the contemporary military and association members

  • Practice due diligence in all matters to safeguard MMA assets and reputation
