    My wife and I had lunch at the Royal Yacht Club in March 2012 during a visit to Tasmania. It is a delightful yacht club right on the water with friendly staff, a pleasant atmosphere, and tasty pub-style food. There are no rooms here, but it would be a superb spot to watch activities surrounding the famous Sydney-Hobart sailing races at the end of each year.
