   Great location near Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House. Formal dining room overlooks the Sydney Harbour bridge.

   My wife and I visited the Royal Automobile Club in Sydney in February 2012. We had lunch one day and had a pre-theater supper one evening prior to attending a performance at the Sydney Opera, a 5-minute walk away. The view on the harbor is charming and the meals were excellent. We did not stay in their rooms, but the location would be superb. The staff was very friendly and seemed to delighted to have visitors from the Marine Club in SF.
